Cannabis is an essential service for veterans

Grant Smith interviews veteran Stephen Mandile on the campaign to re-open rec shops in the Commonwealth. Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker in response to COVID-19, has closed recreational cannabis shops until June, calling them non-essential. Mandile has evidence and data to indicate that for many veterans in Massachusetts, recreational shops are essential.
